Remove your old shingles
Inspect underlayment/decking
Replace all valley metal flashings
Install 100% new layer of felt paper on top of your existing layer of felt
Replace weather seals on stacks/risers with new lead seals
Nail new shingles to decking (not stapled)
Clean up and haul off all job-related debris, run magnetic nail bar over yard and conduct visual search for debris
